Individual Counseling
We are objective and nonjudgemental listeners that will help you sort out your thoughts to make informed decisions.
The counseling office is a place to breathe, relax, and speak your mind without worrying what someone thinks of you.
Rates begin at $136 per session, and are covered by almost all Blue Cross Blue Shield policies.
Counseling is provided to ages 18 and up.
Couples Therapy / Marriage and Family Counseling

Life Coaching
Life coaching allows you the freedom to explore deeper within yourself to make decisions and plans that feel authentic to you. Life coaching may be right for the client who wants a sounding board or someone to help talk out decisions. Life coaching is not focused on medical diagnosis, and therefore is not covered by insurance. Rates begin at $130 per session.
Online Sessions
Online sessions for counseling or coaching are available via VSee, a HIPPA compliant medical services software package that works similarly to Skype. Online sessions are covered by some insurance plans; check with your insurance carrier. These virtual "visits" may be helpful to you prefer to minimize time off from work. Sessions are only offered to clients located within the state of Alabama. Regular rates apply.
Speaking Engagements and classes
Presentations are 45 minutes in length unless specified. Rates begin at $275 plus expenses.

Your organization or group may qualify for a free or low-cost presentation from Celeste if you meet ALL of these criteria:
Group attendance consists of 40 or more adults
Event is located within Florence city limits
Presentation is 45 minutes in length or less chosen from one of the presentations listed above
You have not charged a fee for entrance to the event

Insurance Options
Thoughtful Journey Counseling is a Blue Choice Provider, accepting Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurances including EPS policies from employers like UNA and Listerhill.
You may call your insurance provider to find out if services are covered, or we may be able to confirm coverage for you.
Payment
Credit/debit card is required upon booking and automatically billed on the day of your session for your convenience. This eliminates the hassle of spending extra time on taking payment, so you have our full attention during your visits.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us before 5pm the day before your appointment, you will be automatically billed a $100 cancellation fee. This is to cover the cost of your therapist’s reserved time and research on your case.
